The Second Grade Classes at Hamilton School recently enjoyed a fantastic day at The Red Mill in Clinton, NJ. They were taken back into Colonial Times by experiencing a blacksmith creating a hook, dipping a wick into wax to create a homemade candle, and sitting in a very small classroom that was used as a K-8th grade class. Hamilton Teacher Ms. Hadley reported, "The second graders enjoyed walking around the Mill and learning how clothes and materials were made by the power of water! Thank you, Red Mill Museum, for a fun day!"
