There was no lack of patriotic spirit all day at the Hamilton Primary School on Monday, June 15.
Under the guidance of Hamilton’s passionate Music Teacher, Rina Sklar, students from kindergarten through 4th Grade participated in the annual Flag Day/Patriotic assembly in the morning before a packed multi-purpose room, including staff and board of education members.
“The Flag Day/Patriotic assembly was so lovely! The students were very excited and sang the Patriotic and American songs they learned with confidence and pride! I think a great time was had by all,” Ms.Sklar said.
But the patriotic spirit did not end that morning as Ms. Sklar proudly reported.
“A few of the 4th Grade classes volunteered to be part of a mini Flag Day/Patriotic Assembly for PM Kindergarten, who were not able to be part of the morning performance.”
“The PM Kindergarten had the opportunity to perform for the 4th Graders and the 4th Grade students then performed for them, and then they sang together. It was a really nice way to end the school day and our performances for the 2025-2026 school year!”
That's the spirit, Hamilton Primary School!
